Two scholarships have been established in loving memory of my beloved husband:

The Jay Coupe '62 Memorial Scholarship Fund
was established at Princeton University Princeton had a profound impact on Jay, not just as a student but, throughout his entire life. It was one of Jay's greatest desires, and his last request of me, to establish a scholarship fund at Princeton.  It was his hope that he might help, in some way, pass on the "Princeton experience" to others.  This fund will benefit undergraduate students based on financial need.  The students must be active members of The Princeton Nassoons (the premier a cappella singing group at Princeton of which Jay was a devoted member) or students majoring in music, foreign languages or international studies/political science, all great passions of his.

If you would like to honor Jay's remarkable life, please send your tax deductible contribution to:

The Jay Coupe '54 Memorial Scholarship Fund
was established at The American Boychoir School, in memory of Jay and, in honor of his mother and father.  At the tender age of eight, Jay was already dubbed the "Singing Ambassador of Goodwill" by the local news media in Philadelphia, as a result of his numerous recitals at nursing homes and hospitals throughout the area.  At the age of nine, Jay was recruited by the American Boychoir School to move from his home and the parents who adored him to board at the prestigious school in Princeton, N.J.  This is where his love of music, travel and language blossomed.  Here he continued a journey that would shape the Jay Coupe we all knew and loved.  This scholarship fund will benefit young boys who would not otherwise be able to afford to attend such a wonderful school without your generosity.  If you would like to contribute, please send your tax deductible contributions to:
